Without your eye consultation, it will not be clear whether you will have surgery or not. Laser surgeries can be done for only 40 people out of 100 people. According to the doctor's advice, the type of surgery can change.

The hospital can reimburse or pay these +/- changes (Cash payments by hand, card payments will be refunded to the card - mail order returns are likely to process 45-day bank period)

If your eye is not suitable for operation, the surgery cost will be refunded, but consultation and accommodation fee cannot be refunded. The patient has no right to complain about these issues. Penalty will not be charged for cancellations made until 7 days before the entrance. For cancellations made 7 days before the entrance, %30 no-show will be applied. Also if no payment is done within 7 days until entrance, reservations will be automatically canceled.

For payments done by mail order, the card owner is obliged to send passport copy and signed order form.

During the services provided, in the formation of a problem; if the complaints are not written on the form with signatures of witnesses , then any complaints about hotel and transfers after the end of stay, and any complaints about consultation and surgery in the hospital will not be accepted.

Potential problems about healthcare service guarantee belonging to the hospital and accommodation service guarantee belonging to the hotel must be reported immediately. Otherwise, complaints are not accepted.
